Linda made a new meat loaf recipe last night that’s the best I’ve tasted. Rather than bread or cracker crumbs, it uses Stove Top Stuffing mix:
- 2 lbs ground round
- 1 package Stove Top Stuffing mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium finely chopped onion
- 2 or 3 finely chopped celery stalks
- Ragu Chunky Marinara
- 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsps brown mustard
- Cavendar’s seasoning
- Top with bacon and ketchup
Bake one hour at 400 degrees.
