Stuffing Meat Loaf

Linda made a new meat loaf recipe last night that’s the best I’ve tasted. Rather than bread or cracker crumbs, it uses Stove Top Stuffing mix:

  • 2 lbs ground round
  • 1 package Stove Top Stuffing mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium finely chopped onion
  • 2 or 3 finely chopped celery stalks
  • Ragu Chunky Marinara
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsps brown mustard
  • Cavendar’s seasoning
  • Top with bacon and ketchup

Bake one hour at 400 degrees.
